Email Help

Email Rules
All B2B users are required to provide an email address. An entry of a business email address is strongly encouraged, because an email address will allow us to communicate more effectively with you. This email field should contain your individual business email address, not your home (personal) email.

Email addresses should:

  • Contain an @ sign.
  • Contain your full email address (username@domain.com
    or username@computer.domain.com), not just your screen name
  • Email Address must contain 1 period after the @ sign.

Email addresses should not:

  • Email Address provided should not be used by another B2B user.
  • Email Address must not be greater than 76 characters long.
  • Email Address must not have a period directly before or after the @ sign.
  • Email Address may not contain 2 periods in a row.
  • Email Address may not begin with a period or with a @ sign.
  • Email Address may not have any leading spaces

For example, if you use AOL and your screen name is "john1" then your email address would be john1@aol.com
