OVERVIEW OF PROVIDING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR OPTION 2
If your search results show that you are not listed on the
policy, you will have to provide additional information. Provide the
following information in order to confirm that you have an interest
in the policy:
- Insured Name
- Policy Type
- Mailing Zip/Postal Code
If the information listed above matches State Farm's records,
the Additional Interests screen will open. If the information
does not match, you will be returned to the Search screen. The
Additional Information screen is displayed below. Follow the
steps in the red boxes to provide additional information.
