Reset User Password

When a Third Party Administrator resets a user password, a temporary password is randomly generated for the user. The temporary password is sent to the e-mail address of the user. It is important to make sure that the e-mail address is correct for the user before resetting the user’s password. When the user logs into the State Farm B2B website with the temporary ID and password, the user will be forced to change the password.
