  1. Once logged in to the State Farm B2B website, click on the My Account Tab at the top of the window.
  2. Click the Administrators link at the top of the page.
  3. Click the Business Info/User Reports link on the left side of the page.

  1. Click the User Reports button to view a list of reports available for viewing/printing.

  1. Click the desired report link. (For example clicking on the All Administrator's link will provide the report displaying all administrators in the business.)

    There are 6 pre-defined reports to choose from:
    • All Enabled Users - A list of users within the business that have an active B2B ID and password that can be used to log into the website to access secure applications.
    • All Disabled Users - A list of users within the business that have an ID and password, but the ID and password have been disabled and can not be used to log into the B2B website until the user's administrator re-enables the user's account.
    • All Unregistered Users - A list of users that have a temporary B2B account that can be used to register for a permanent B2B account. Once the user registers the account, the user can access secure applications on the B2B website.
    • All Registered Users - A list of users that have a permanent B2B account. Although the user has registered their account, they can only use the account if it is in Active status. If the account is disabled, the user's administrator must re-enable the account before the user can access the secure applications on the B2B website.
    • All Non-Administrators - A list of users at the business that do not have administrator rights.
    • All Administrators - A list of all administrators at the business. All administrators have access to manage other user accounts within their business.

Screen 4

  1. All administrators in the business are displayed. The Next button will display the next set of results, if necessary.
  2. Clicking on the user name link will navigate to the user detail page to view specific details about the user.
  3. Clicking on the E-mail address link will open the default e-mail application on your workstation to allow you to send an e-mail to that user.
  4. Clicking the View Other Reports link navigates back to the Select Report page.
  5. Results can be sorted by clicking on the column headers  (For the Administrators report, Full Name, Zip or Postal Code, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, and Status are available).  This table is sorted ascending (A-Z) by the users First Name.  Clicking on the Full Name column header will sort the list descending (Z-A) by First Name (the arrow next to Full Name will point up).  When sorting, all the information is re-ordered according to the column clicked.
  6. Clicking the Print button will display the standard print box.
