New Offer and Acceptance (O&A) Agreement
The Offer and Acceptance (O&A) Agreement is the agreement between State Farm and the glass companies with whom it partners for claims involving automotive glass only. A revised version of the agreement will go live October 19, 2005.
Glass Companies can access and apply for the O&A Agreement by going to Lynx Services >
Installer Resources > Login (enter user name and password) > METRYX.
