What's New
Purpose
- This workstation manual was designed to be a comprehensive resource for workstation load techs and AS/TS Business Partners. Any information or procedures related to the base workstation load or installation of a workstation, printer, or related hardware component should be included in this manual.
Audience
- The target audience for this manual includes AS/TS Business Partners at all Corporate, ISC's, Operations Center, and other Field locations. This information may also be used to provide out-task vendors information on State Farm setup and installation requirements.
Recommended Use
- This manual is designed to be used on-line. Updates and changes may occur at any time, therefore, we recommend that you review this manual on a regular basis for new documents. We realize that printed copies of the documents may be necessary at times, which makes it that much important to reference the manual on a regular basis for any new or updated documents. Any changes will be noted in the Document History table at the bottom of every page.

- Because of the continual flux of the workstation environment, the population of information in this database will be an on-going effort. If there is a particular item you would like added that you feel is within the scope of this manual, please contact the Manual Administrator and provide the appropriate information.
