State Farm Insurance DOES NOT have a centralized location for the processing of 3rd party (lienholders, lessors, and additional insureds) mail or inquiries.

The attached listing is to be used in determining where to direct mail and telephone inquiries. Please do not send unsorted correspondence.

Using the Listing
The 11th and 12th digits of the State Farm policy number represent a state code. It can be used to identify the State Farm Operations Center servicing the policy by utilizing the ‘State Code’ column of the attached directory.

For example, if the policy number is 1234567A2801, then the ‘state code’ would be 01. Using the attached directory, you would be able to determine the Birmingham Operations Center is the processing location for that policy.
