Contacts for Support Problems
In order to make the State Farm Premier Service® Program (SFPSP) application as efficient as possible, we are providing a problem and resolution process for the Business-to-Business (B2B) Web site and the Contractor Invoicing application.

State Farm B2B®
Support for the B2B Web site is provided by a B2B call center that is available to contractors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The call center can be reached at 309 - 766 - 3903, or by e-mail. To send an e-mail:
  • Select the Contact Us tab from the B2B home page.
  • Select For State Farm Premier Service® business questions, click here.
  • Select For questions about using the B2B website, click here.
  • Select If you would like to send us an email about B2B in general, click here.
  • Complete the form and click Send.
The most common questions received by the call center are forgotten IDs and/or passwords and password re-sets. The B2B call center is the only group that can re-set passwords.

Contractors can also reference the B2B frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the SFPSP B2B Main Menu page.

Contractor Invoicing Application
The Contractor Invoicing application is supported by Quest®.

Contractors with questions about the Contractor Invoicing application may:
  • Use the Help feature in the application to e-mail their question to Quest;

    OR

  • Call the Quest call center Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST) at 1-989-227-6201.
Contractors can also reference the Contractor Invoicing application FAQs on the SFPSP B2B Main Menu page.

Note: Contractors will be responsible for any long distance charges incurred when calling either the B2B or Quest call centers.

Claim Questions
The Contractor Invoicing application will not change current procedures for contractor’s questions concerning any part of the claim. Contractors should continue to contact the assigned State Farm claim representative.

Workflow/Procedure Questions
Contractors should contact their SFPSP Coordinator with any workflow or procedural questions.

Should the SFPSP Coordinator need further assistance, they may call Corporate at
309-766-8774.
