Renewal Certificate


The Certificate of Insurance Service now provides the opportunity to create current and renewal term certificates.

Policies that have a renewal term available will present the current term certificate in the form of an email.

In order to have the option to produce the renewal term certificate, the current term certificate must be sent to an email address.

Upon sending the email, a new screen will appear that allows the user to exit the application by choosing OK or Create Renewal Certificate.

When the Create Renewal button is chosen the Certificate of Insurance Service will retain the information entered on the Certificate Holder and Unit Owner screens. The certificate will then be produced with the renewal term information.

After clicking Create Renewal Certificate box, the renewal term certificate will then be created and displayed in another email box to send, print, or save.
