Sending Electronic Retail Pharmacy Claim Transactions

For pharmacy submissions using the NCPDP Telecommunication Standard D.0 or Batch Standard 1.2 to send your electronic claim transactions, there are two routing paths.

If you have not established a relationship with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) that will route to State Farm, then you can utilize Issuer Identification Number (IIN) also known as Bank Identification Number (BIN) 502805.

If you have established a relationship with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) that will route to State Farm, then you can utilize the (IIN)/(BIN) for that entity.
