There’s a problem affecting some B2B accounts. If your B2B ID starts with a number and your username includes more than three numeric digits, you may have trouble logging in. We’re currently working with the vendor to fix this issue.

What you can do now:

  1. Wait until the vendor resolves the issue (currently appears to be May 22nd).
  2. Call our B2B Help Desk at 855-311-2681 and we can provide a new registration email so you can create a new ID and log in again.

If you would like to be considered for the Insurance Inquiry Application, please add your company to the waiting list by submitting the B2B Lender Access Request Form. Our service team will process the enrollments in the order they are received.
