Depending on the search that was utilized it’s possible to receive multiple responses in our system. If this occurs you may receive the following screen.

Fire Selection screen

This screen allows you to make a selection from the responses received in our system and view the corresponding Policy Information.

If you are a Lender on the policy when an exact match is made in our system you will receive the Policy Information screen which displays the Fire Policy details.

If you are a Lender that is not on the policy you will receive the following screen.

Additional Information screen

• If the information does not match you’ll receive an error message.
• If the information does match you’ll be directed to the Additional Interests screen
