Unit Owner's Name

Lenders requesting a Certificate of Insurance need to show they have an interest in the property and therefore, a Unit Owner’s name and address are required.

The Unit Number is an important aspect of the address.
The Optional Name field should be used for insurance provisions and/or vesting information.
