State Farm maintains a high standard of ethical business conduct and we seek suppliers who will adhere to our company policy, which states that employees are not to accept gifts or entertainment from suppliers. Supplier representatives are asked not to offer or send any gratuity. Company policy further states that employees will pay their fair share of expenses incurred for mutually beneficial meetings and trips that are required in the course of business and in the interest of buyer/supplier relations.
