There’s a problem affecting some B2B accounts. If your B2B ID starts with a number and your username includes more than three numeric digits, you may have trouble logging in. We’re currently working with the vendor to fix this issue.

What you can do now:

  1. Wait until the vendor resolves the issue (currently appears to be May 22nd).
  2. Call our B2B Help Desk at 855-311-2681 and we can provide a new registration email so you can create a new ID and log in again.

Third party transmission schedule

The following information outlines the transmission schedule for State Farm's Mortgage and Motor Vehicle Notification Systems.

Daily Transmissions

Those receiving daily transmissions from State Farm will receive their files Monday through Friday (or Tuesday through Saturday, depending on the time of the completed billing file). Transmissions will not be sent on weekends and Holidays (noted in the schedule below) unless problems are encountered during normal hours.
