There’s a problem affecting some B2B accounts. If your B2B ID starts with a number and your username includes more than three numeric digits, you may have trouble logging in. We’re currently working with the vendor to fix this issue.

What you can do now:

  1. Wait until the vendor resolves the issue (currently appears to be May 22nd).
  2. Call our B2B Help Desk at 855-311-2681 and we can provide a new registration email so you can create a new ID and log in again.

This format has been accepted throughout the insurance and mortgage industries and is endorsed by the Mortgage Bankers Association. In order to receive our electronic hazard renewal in the X12 format, please fill in the appropriate information below and email to:

  • Click the link to view the EDI Survey PDF in your browser
  • Download or Save the PDF to your electronic device or computer
  • Open the saved PDF using Adobe Acrobat and enter the request information
  • Re-save the PDF and then attach it to an email to the above address
