Used by the servicer to inform State Farm to delete the investor of the loan from the insurance policy. This action alone does not change the mortgage clause on the insurance policy.

For example, when the mortgage clause reads FNMA c/o ABC Mortgage, FNMA will be removed.

State Farm will remove the investor from the insurance policy. The mortgagee clause will stay intact.
