Mortgage Record Change

Due But Not Billed 010

010

Used by the servicer to inform State Farm their loan records indicate an insurance bill is due but has not yet been received.

State Farm will review the Due But No Bill request if the insurance policy can be located, change the mortgagee clause and billing option if different, and return an electronic bill (811).

If the insurance policy cannot be located, an exception will be returned in the electronic application advice (824).

If an electronic bill is returned, this payment must be made along with the other payments for the electronic bill that initiated the Due But No Bill inquiry.  In the Mortgage Record Change (266), State Farm requires the MCB Due Date be sent as the Transaction Effective Date (REF*009).
